Explosives Detection K9 Handler Course

The purpose of the Explosive Detection Canine Handler course is to provide canine handlers with tools and knowledge to make themselves a better canine handler in both training and real-world deployments. This course will familiarize explosive detection canine handlers on basic bomb squad operations, provide information on how you can assist bomb technicians with common tasks (if needed or requested), tactics for deployments, pre-planning and threat assessment for large scale or high profile events, as well as expose the canine to real world scenarios such as large quantity hides and post blast environments.
